The role in a nutshell:
The HR Services Advisor, is a pivotal role supporting our global clients in navigating HR processes. The HR Services Advisor will act as the main point of contact for HR inquiries throughout the worker life cycle, collaborating closely with the local HR Services Manager and various global teams to ensure smooth onboarding, legal compliance, and effective support for complex HR projects.
How you will make a difference:
- Support and closely work together with the HR Services Manager, providing high-quality and compliant GEO services to Safeguard’s global clients and workers.
- Coordinate the worker employment life cycle from commencement of employment to termination of employment.
- Be the first point of contact for all worker inquiries.
- Work with HR resources on a complete employment lifecycle ensuring legal compliance.
- Ensure compliance with all worker contracts of employment in accordance with the local legislations in HK and Taiwan.
- Support the monthly funding/billing processes, ensuring accuracy and that payments are requested/received promptly.
- Maintain an up-to-date database on worker personal information and worker absences.
- Always adhere to and demonstrate the Safeguard Global Company Values when supporting Clients/Workers and Team members.
- Undertake other duties and responsibilities as requested by the management in line with the level and function of this post.
What will give you an advantage:
- University Degree in HR or related areas
- One to three years of relevant experience as a generalist in Human Resources role
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Knowledge in Taiwan employment legislation and Hong Kong labor law
- Cultural awareness and excellent interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, organization, and resilience are must-skills
- Good at MS Excel
- High level of independence and initiative while working effectively as part of a team and a high level of accountability for assigned responsibilities
