Wells Fargo is seeking a HR Service Delivery Manager - Learning Operations Manager to lead the design, delivery, and optimization of enterprise-wide learning programs. Learning Ops Manager ensures that learning programs are well-designed, strategically aligned, scalable, and impactful-while leading a team to deliver high-quality learning solutions. The role focuses on managing the logistics, systems, and processes that make employee training and development run smoothly.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop team of individual contributor roles with low to moderate complexity and risk in functional area, and engage stakeholders and internal partners associated with HR service delivery; products and processes may be related to, but not limited to, one or more HR functional areas such as: Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, pay, benefits, incentive plan administration, HRIS and records management, leave of absence, employee and labor relations, HR compliance
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development and ensure specialized functions meet regulatory guidelines in support of risk management and compliance
- Supervise timely completion, quality, and compliance in one or more complex operation areas
- Make decisions and resolve issues regarding resources, objectives, and operations of functional area and team to meet business objectives
- Interpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with low to moderate complexity within scope of responsibility
- Collaborate with and consult with peers, colleagues, and multiple level managers; and interact directly with internal customers
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for aligned department or business group
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
- 4+ years of HR Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Deep knowledge of instructional design models & adult learning theory
- Expertise in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.)
- Strong leadership, coaching, and project management skills
- Data-driven mindset (learning analytics, reporting)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Proficiency in LMS platforms (Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Moodle, etc.)
- Comfort with data and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Google Sheets)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Learning Strategy & Program Design
- Translate business objectives into scalable learning strategies and curricula.
- Oversee the design and development of learning programs (e-learning, instructor-led, blended, microlearning)
- Ensure content is engaging, interactive, and aligned with adult learning principles and cognitive science
- Lead and mentor a team of instructional designers, e-learning developers, and content creators
- Assign projects, set priorities, and review deliverables for quality and consistency
- Partner with HR, business leaders, and SMEs to identify learning needs and drive capability development
- Manage end-to-end training logistics including scheduling, registrations, trainer coordination, and venue/vendor management
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS): upload content, troubleshoot learner issues, and generate usage reports
- Standardize workflows and streamline operations to enhance learner experience and operational efficiency
- Define success metrics using models like Kirkpatrick, ROI, and learner engagement
- Track and report learning impact, enrollment, completion rates, and feedback analytics
- Provide actionable insights to HR and leadership for strategic decision-making
