Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an RPA Developer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Director, HR Global Business Services, the RPA Developer role involves being responsible for driving solutions and actions for the business, employees, and human resources teams using systems, tools, and data, while managing the end-to-end build, test, and deployment process.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Hands-on experience on RPA tools with UiPath experience is highly preferred.
• Expertise in managing end-to-end build, test, and deployment.
• Clearly understand the design from the project lead to develop the solution for cloud/on-prem attended, unattended, and hybrid bots.
• Work closely with Process Leads in understanding the functional requirements and exceptions and provide solution design and architecture.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Able to design technical specification documents for RPA projects.
• Experience developing and consuming APIs.
• Asset management in Orchestrator.
• Custom package development and deployment for automations.
• Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL).
• Good understanding of formal software development practices and procedures, source code management processes, and version control using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
• Strong analysis and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly understand and articulate technical information and application concepts.
• Must be able to work independently and prioritize work effectively, as well as function as an effective team member in a local and virtual team development environment.
• Work with various stakeholders, including front-end UI developers, to build interfaces with a focus on reusability features.
• Serve as an escalation point for all technical and architectural issues, understand infrastructure issues, and lead problem identification and error resolution processes across different technical domains.

The Experience We’re Looking to Add to Our Team

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Mid-level experience in a similar position.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Experience with RPA tools, preferably UiPath.
• Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL).
