Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage annual salary review processes
Review the current bonus framework, identify improvement opportunities, and propose enhancements
Prepare and analyze compensation and benchmarking surveys
Conduct reporting and data analysis
Support the region in projects related to the EU Pay Transparency Directive
Review, develop, and improve compensation and benefits policies
What We’re Looking For
5+ years' experience in Compensation & Benefits / Reward
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights
Experience in process improvement, optimization, or digitalization
Proactive, creative thinker with a continuous improvement mindset
Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and regional teams
Fluency in both English and Hungarian
