The person will be responsible to take APAC/UK calls, tickets and work on emails, will be working on all the letters for APAC/UK and Handling all the queries related to PF, insurance, policies, background checks
What You’ll do on a Typical Day
- Take calls
- Work on tickets
- Work on emails
- Prepare appointment letters for APAC/UK
- Prepare all other letters for APAC/UK
- Work on ER checks
- Work on background verification emails
- Work on mat/pat cases of APAC/UK
- Work on reports
- Liaison with vendor for PF and insurance related questions
What We’re looking for:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of 3 + years and above
- Experience in HR only
- Ability to take additional responsibility
- Exceptional time management, organizational, prioritization and follow up skills
