Job Title: HR Insights Analysts - Band B15

Job Summary: HR Insights Analyst will support HR data management, reporting and dashboard development to help HR and business partners make informed decisions. You will maintain data quality, assist with analytics and collaborate with the Employee Data Management (EDM) team to ensure smooth HRIS processes and SLA adherence. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing clear, concise HR reports, dashboards and visuals for stakeholders using Excel, Power BI/Tableau (or similar)
• Extract, validate and organize HR data from HRIS and other sources; maintain accurate records and trackers
• Monitor and report on core HR metrics (turnover, vacancy rate, headcount, time-to-fill, etc.) and help interpret trends
• Support data audits and regular reviews to ensure compliance with HR processes and data accuracy standards
• Collaborate with EDM and HR teams to improve data flow, documentation and process trackers
• Help train EDM colleagues on basic HRIS usage and correct data entry practices
• Track SLA performance and support initiatives to improve turnaround times and service quality
• Collect and act on stakeholder feedback to improve reporting usefulness and customer satisfaction
• Contribute to KHMS-aligned activities and continuous improvement projects
Required Qualifications:
• Proficient in Excel; basic experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar visualization tools
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy mindset
• Good analytical and problem-solving capability with ability to summarize findings clearly
• Effective communicator and team player; comfortable partnering with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet SLA / deadline-driven expectations
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential HR information
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration or related field
• 0-2 years' experience in HR analytics, HR operations, data management or related role (internships or project experience acceptable)
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms preferred
