Your role and responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing the successful delivery and execution of testing for Change Requests and projects and releasing plans for the HR Experience Organization. Accountable for setting the test standards across the organization (e.g. how and who to engage for testing) and ensuring all employees within the organization adhere to these standards. Responsible for defining and managing the tenant strategy for Workday platform in HR Experience Organization.
The work model for the role is: hybrid, remote (#LI hybrid, #LI remote)

Responsibilities:
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal with respective functions and effectively communicates with all stakeholders.
- Provides guidance to teams on how ABB plans, designs, builds, tests, manages and deploys new software and hardware in the live environment and captures, analyzes, and shares lessons learned throughout Release management and testing activities.
- Has oversight of the prioritization of Change Requests and key decisions on the Roadmap. Responsible for how ABB plans to apply changes and updates schedules (e.g. smaller updates to Workday platform).
- Accountable for setting and ensuring adherence of the test strategy and standards for changes that occur for the applications in scope for the HR Experience Organization and supports with Regression Test Support (e.g. how we ensure that the previously developed functionalities perform as intended).
- Arranges standard test scenarios and test readiness preparations for the applications in scope.
- Ensures compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations, standards, and contractual requirements.
Qualifications for the role
- Proven experience as a Test Lead/Manager in Workday or similar ERP systems.
- Experience with automated testing tools and methodologies, experience with testing management tools eg. MS Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Exposure to HR ecosystems and strong understanding of HR processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, exposure to various stakeholders level, including senior level stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, driving the works and in a team environment.
- Experience with Data Masking or Data Obfuscation for the purpose of testing, practical knowledge in data protection concept applied in HR systems testing.
- Knowledge of project management and Workday implementation methodologies.
