- Monitors and tracks employee license, certification, and registration renewals required by job descriptions.
- Notifies employees, leaders, and HR management of expiration and non-compliance.
- Recommends employment status based on compliance. Tracks employee requirements including background checks, Tb/Mask Fit, and Basic Annual Required Education.
- Develops and conducts audits for compliance.
- Identifies gaps and provides process improvements.
- Ensures compliance of non-staff through audits.
- Provides support and information to HR Compliance Manager and external auditors.
- Reviews job descriptions for required credentials.
- Documents and maintains credential requirements in the regulatory database.
- Gathers employee files and documents for audits.
- Partners with HR colleagues for consistency in policy, process, and program frameworks and implementation.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate in writing and verbally, with all levels of staff, including management and director levels, as well as external contacts [Required]
