What You'll Do
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, OLJ, and other channels
• Conduct interviews and candidate assessments
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Maintain ATS records and recruitment reports
What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment tools

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the outsourcing, BPO, or remote staffing industries
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, Kalibrr, or Indeed
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and DEI best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze recruitment data
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
