Job Description- HR Recruitment Training + Internship
- Internship Period : 3 Months ( No stipend)
- Location : Bsheerbagh
Work from office
Mon to Sat / 10 to 7pm. - Benefits : Professional Training, Experience Certificate, Full Time Job offer ( If the candidate's performance is good during the Internship period, they will be hired as a Full-timer
- Update our internal databases with candidates information
- Screen resumes and application forms
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training reports, job roles, KPI's/KRA's, Meetings, Updates)
- Increasing Social Connections in HR Field and creating a database for External Staffing.
- Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Provide suggestions to management for improving the Company stats.
Skills Required
- Internship period: 3 months (no stipend)

- Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
