As an HR Recruitment Staff, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle hiring process to support business growth across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Sales, Marketing, and Academic roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Create and post job advertisements across various platforms
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and networking
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview stages
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Handle offer negotiations and onboarding processes
- Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring strategies
