- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for interns, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Create and maintain In/Out reports for interns, tracking their start and end dates
- Collaborate with users to understand internship requirements and align candidate profiles with business needs
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new interns, providing necessary orientation and resources
- Prepare and support the signing of internship contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed
- Manage and regularly update the intern database
- Provide support for various administrative tasks as needed
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related fields
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing intern data and documentation
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and administrative functions
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
- Experience in human resources or recruitment is a plus
- Full-time paid internship for 6 months (July-December).
