Job Summary & Responsibilities

The HR Recruiter supports Central Bank’s talent acquisition and onboarding efforts across the TriMarket and Corporate functions. This role partners closely with Human Resources leadership and hiring managers to attract, screen, and onboard qualified candidates while ensuring compliance with employment regulations and internal policies. The position plays a key role in maintaining accurate employee records and delivering a positive candidate and employee experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Manage full‑cycle recruiting activities, including posting positions, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring decisions in partnership with hiring managers.
  • Support recruitment for customer‑facing, operational, and internship roles, including Customer Service Center positions and other assigned openings.
  • Maintain applicant tracking and recruitment documentation, including applications, offer letters, background checks, drug screening results, and affirmative action reporting.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities by preparing new hire files, checklists, I‑9 documentation, policy acknowledgements, and orientation materials to ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding process.
  • Perform pre‑employment and employment verification activities, including OFAC checks and document retention in accordance with Bank policies.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personnel files, performance reviews, disciplinary documentation, and training records.
  • Coordinate and support recruitment events, career fairs, internship programs, and employee engagement activities, including scheduling, communication, and follow‑up documentation.
  • Serve as a flexible member of the Human Resources team by assisting with additional HR duties and projects as needed.
  • Comply with all applicable banking regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act requirements and information security standards.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • General educational background in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or a related field required.
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
