If so, this might be the perfect opportunity for you. We are on a journey to build a proactive, multi-skilled, and digitally enabled HR Project team that supports a great employee experience for everyone at If.
We are looking for an HR Project Manager who can turn ideas into impact. In this role, you will lead and coordinate HR projects that enhance our employee experience, strengthen our ways of working, and support our digital development. You will move comfortably between strategic direction setting and hands-on execution. You enjoy shaping the big picture just as much as rolling up your sleeves to make things happen, and you work fluently across both agile and more traditional project methods.
You will work closely with HR colleagues and business stakeholders across Nordic and Baltic countries, ensuring we deliver projects that create clear value. A general understanding of AI and a genuine interest in how it can enhance HR are important for succeeding in this role.
Your responsibilities include:
Lead HR Projects From Start to Finish
Plan, run, and follow up on HR projects that support our people strategy and business needs.
Scope and prioritize initiatives together with HR leadership and key stakeholders.
Deliver projects with structure, transparency, and efficiency.
Drive change and ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools.
Work Both Strategically and Hands‑On
Drive the overall project direction while also taking responsibility for detailed tasks.
Coordinate cross‑functional work and keep stakeholders aligned.
Track measurable outcomes, adoption, and realized benefits, not only delivery milestones.
Support Our HR Technology and Digital Development
Contribute to system improvements and digitalization within HR.
Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
As AI becomes integrated into HR, identify opportunities to make processes more efficient and improve employee experience.
Promote responsible and secure use of AI tools, uphold ethical standards and data privacy.
Advocate for continuous learning and adaptability as AI capabilities evolve.
