What you'll bring
You have a foundational understanding of project management principles and a genuine interest in HR processes, organizational dynamics, and how HR strategies come to life inside a large organization. Prior exposure to HR practices is a plus and will help you hit the ground running.
You are comfortable working across functions, teams, and organizational boundaries, and you approach cross-functional collaboration with openness and adaptability. An early confidence in engaging with stakeholders at different levels, combined with a willingness to develop your ability to influence and communicate with senior leaders, will set you apart.
You think analytically, can structure complex information clearly, and have a talent for translating ambiguous topics into concise, compelling messages.
You notice risks before they escalate and enjoy finding practical, creative solutions to problems. Above all, you bring a genuine passion for improving systems, processes, and employee experiences and the drive to grow into a strategic partner who makes a measurable difference to the people around you.
What you'll build
You'll support the planning, coordination, and tracking of HR initiatives and strategic workstreams across a large, global organization. Day-to-day work includes maintaining project documentation, updating schedules and milestone trackers, preparing status reports, and following up on action items.
You'll assist with risk and issue logging, help coordinate inputs from HR and business stakeholders, and contribute to the preparation of materials for project reviews and steering meetings - all under the guidance of experienced HR project managers.
Where you belong
You'll join a collaborative HR environment where structured mentorship and hands-on learning are part of the daily rhythm. But this role offers more than a first step into project management, it’s an entry point into a space where HR professionals grow into trusted advisors, change leaders, and strategic partners who shape the future of the workforce.
From the outset, you'll be contributing to large-scale HR transformation programs that improve employee experiences and optimize how the organization works, giving your work visible impact far beyond your immediate team. As you develop, you'll take on greater ownership, learn to influence key stakeholders, and build the skills needed to guide teams toward delivering exceptional results on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a role for someone who wants to grow into something meaningful and is ready to start building that foundation today.

SAP Compensation & Benefits Highlights
The following summarizes recurring compensation and benefits themes identified from responses generated by popular LLMs to common candidate questions about SAP and has not been reviewed or approved by SAP.
-
Fair & Transparent Compensation — Pay is considered competitive and fair overall, with satisfaction higher in certain roles and geographies, especially sales with strong on‑target earnings. Feedback suggests compensation is above average for a large enterprise software employer even if not at the very top of the tech market.
-
Leave & Time Off Breadth — Generous paid time off, holidays, volunteer time, and a formal sabbatical option are part of the total rewards. These offerings contribute meaningfully to overall value even when base salary alone may feel mid‑pack.
-
Healthcare Strength — Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus HSAs/FSAs and mental‑health support, form a robust core of the package. Paired with other coverages, this breadth reinforces strong total compensation value.
