We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Program Manager to join our HR team. This role focuses on supporting the development and implementation of HR processes, policies, and procedures. The HR Program Manager will work closely with senior HR staff to drive improvements in HR operations and ensure that our practices align with organizational goals.
Please note, this is an onsite role in Casa Grande, AZ.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Improvement: Assist in evaluating and enhancing existing HR processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Contribute to process improvement projects by gathering data, analyzing current procedures, and recommending changes.
Policy Support: Help in drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies. Ensure that policies are consistently applied and that employees understand their implications.
Procedural Assistance: Support the optimization of HR procedures to streamline workflows and reduce administrative burdens. Maintain documentation to ensure clarity and consistency in procedure implementation.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with HR team members on various projects related to process and policy improvements. Assist in coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and reporting on outcomes.
Data Management: Collect and analyze HR data to assess the impact of process and policy changes. Prepare reports and summaries to support decision-making and demonstrate the value of improvements.
Stakeholder Communication: Work with HR staff and other departments to understand their needs and provide support in implementing process changes. Address routine questions and issues related to HR policies and procedures.
Training Support: Help in organizing and delivering training sessions on new policies and procedures. Provide support materials and assist in evaluating training effectiveness.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in efforts to continuously improve HR processes and procedures. Stay informed about best practices and industry trends to contribute to ongoing enhancements.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant coursework or certifications are a plus.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in HR or a related field. Previous experience with HR processes, policy support, or project coordination is advantageous.
Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws. Familiarity with HRIS systems and data management tools is beneficial.
Attributes: Proactive and eager to learn. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support various HR functions effectively.
