About the role

As an HR Process Specialist, you are part of our global HR Shared Service Center and play a key role in shaping how HR operates at scale. You design, standardize, and continuously improve HR processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring they are efficient, compliant, and globally aligned.

Working in a structured and transformation-driven environment, you enable HR Operations and Shared Services teams to deliver high-quality services through clear, scalable, and system-enabled processes.


This is your new job

You will design and continuously improve HR processes, ensuring they are standardized, compliant, and operationally effective:

  • Design, document, and standardize end-to-end HR processes across core HR domains
  • Develop and maintain process maps, SOPs, work instructions, and RACI frameworks
  • Ensure HR processes are scalable, user-friendly, and executable within SSC and HR Operations environments
  • Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time, manual effort, and rework
  • Apply structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis methodologies
  • Leverage data and insights to drive process performance improvements
  • Actively explore and promote the use of AI and automation to enhance HR service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and data protection standards
  • Define governance models, approval flows, and exception handling frameworks
  • Align HR processes with HRIS workflows and support system-enabled design
  • Support testing and implementation of system changes from a process perspective
  • Enable adoption through training materials, communication, and stakeholder support
  • Act as a process advisor in HR transformation initiatives and SSC implementations
  • Maintain process documentation lifecycle and monitor adherence to defined standards

This is you

You are a structured and analytical HR professional with a strong focus on process excellence and continuous improvement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Excellence, or HR Transformation
  • Strong expertise in HR process design, standardization, and governance
  • Experience with process mapping, SOP development, and workflow design
  • Solid understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR service delivery models
  • Experience with HRIS systems and workflow-based environments (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • High attention to detail with a structured and methodical way of working
  • Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
  • Clear, pragmatic communication style with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in global or multi-country environments; SSC exposure is an advantage
  • Strong passion for leveraging technology, including AI and automation, in HR processes
  • Fluency in English
