- Support the implementation and the correct application of HR policies, procedures, practices, processes staffing and organization
- Follow research and selection activities with a particular focus on technical and production profiles, in close partnership with the Talent Acquisition team and external suppliers
- Management of the agency worker onboarding process and contracts and continuous support to people leader in order to be compliant with applicable labor legislation managing this workforce
- support the team regarding the management of HR Analytics tools and processes
- Assure that appropriate training opportunities are in place
- Investigate and provide advice and council regarding concerns about policies, procedures, practices or contractual issues
- Work with leaders and employees to establish and maintain a positive work environment

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor/Master degree from an accredited university (ideally Law, HR, Economics)
- Proactive and self-starter
- Able to work independently and to communicate with stakeholders all-across the organization
- Confident with digital tools and media
- Fluent English and Italian
- Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
