The Opportunity: Drive Performance, Engagement, and Growth

ELVTR is a premier online education platform that produces premium courses taught by the world’s top business leaders. As we continue scaling globally, we are looking for a proactive, business-minded HR People Partner to play a key role in strengthening team effectiveness, performance, and employee experience.

This is not a purely administrative HR role. You will act as a strategic partner to managers and team leads, helping shape a high-performing, engaged, and resilient organization.

Who You Are

  • A Business-Oriented HR Partner: You understand that HR is a driver of business outcomes. You connect people's decisions with performance, retention, and growth.
  • A Performance & Engagement Champion: You are comfortable addressing complex people matters, providing honest feedback, and guiding managers through challenging situations.
  • Data-Driven & Insightful: You rely on metrics, patterns, and signals rather than assumptions. You translate HR data into practical, actionable recommendations.
  • Proactive & Ownership-Driven: You don’t wait for problems to escalate. You identify risks early and take responsibility for solving them.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and performance management to development, retention, and offboarding
  • Conduct regular 1:1 check-ins to monitor engagement, well-being, and performance, proactively identifying and addressing risks (burnout, low performance, retention concerns)
  • Partner closely with Department Heads and Team Leads to strengthen team effectiveness, improve performance, and resolve complex people matters
  • Lead and support leadership and team development initiatives to build strong managerial capability
  • Analyze HR metrics and translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations
  • Support compensation and performance review processes, ensuring fairness, consistency, and alignment with business goal
  • Continuously improve and optimize HR processes, frameworks, and internal policies
  • Contribute to strategic HR initiatives and cross-functional projects supporting organizational growth and scaling

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as an HR Manager, HR People Partner, or in a similar HR role
  • Fluent English proficiency
  • Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, probation, performance reviews, retention, offboarding)
  • Strong understanding of performance management and employee motivation principles
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively partner with managers and employees at all levels
  • Confidence working with HR data, metrics, and reports, with the ability to make informed decisions based on insights
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a high level of responsibility and ownership

Nice to Have

  • Coaching or mentoring experience

Benefits
  • Impact & Ownership: A role with real influence on organizational performance, culture, and growth.
  • Global Environment: Work within a fast-growing, international company operating across multiple markets.
  • Remote Flexibility: Work from anywhere with a high level of autonomy.
  • Growth: Access to ELVTR courses and opportunities to expand into broader strategic HR initiatives.
