How you will contribute
- Use Business Unit knowledge to provide local HR services that are relevant and tailored to the needs of the BU/location (e.g. Time & Attendance support, etc.)
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the local BU/location; work as part of the BU squad, providing business intimacy and supporting with delivery of local HR services
- Escalate business specific queries to the BU People Experience Lead and functional queries to the relevant SSC team
- Key point of contact to employee and managers for HR related queries, self-service transactions, HR portal navigation, policy interpretation and process support requiring face-to-face interaction and hard copy documentation
- Responsible for focusing on employee experience and continuous improvement of end-to-end operational HR services
- Responsible for delivery of the following services: ongoing onboarding, local learning delivery., time & attendance (plant), local query resolution, hourly recruitment (plant outside NA)
HR PE Advisors in a non-shared service supported country and/or in a plant, will be responsible for delivery of end-to-end HR services
- Provides HR advice and guidance in relation to their BU, empowered to use their judgement and business knowledge to pre-empt any HR concerns and proactively seek solutions
- Supports documentation and implements local/ country specific policies Responsible for identifying service issues, proposing improvements and supporting implementing changes
- Supports the delivery of projects and initiatives within their country/BU
- Responsible for Employee Relations support (where service not provided by SSC)

Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is $66,400 - $91,300 the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
