STACK Infrastructure are looking for an HR Generalist to play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle and delivering high-quality HR operations. Reporting to the Director HR, you will work closely with managers, employees, and the HR, People & Culture team to ensure smooth, compliant, and people-focused HR processes — helping create a positive employee experience across the organization in a fast growing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
- Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and HR documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records and support core HR administration
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration alongside Finance and external providers
- Support recruitment coordination and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes, routines, and tools
- Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and best practices
- Support employee well-being initiatives and contribute to a positive, inclusive culture
- Assist with day-to-day office administration and local activities
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar
- 1–3 years of HR experience, e.g., HR Coordinator or equivalent
- Solid knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, written and spoken
