About the Role

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented HR People Communications Intern to join our People & Culture (P&C) team. This intern will support internal communication efforts that help shape and enhance the employee experience. You will work on projects ranging from intranet content and employee engagement to creative support for our global town halls. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR communications while contributing to high-impact initiatives.

Key Projects & Responsibilities

• Intranet Governance & Content Migration
  Support the cleanup and reorganization of intranet content. Partner with the team to brainstorm ways to enhance usability and engagement.
• Employee Distribution List Audit
  Assist in reviewing current employee distribution lists and collaborate with IT to ensure accuracy and proper segmentation across teams and regions.
• Town Hall Production Support
  Provide post-production assistance for our June and July Town Halls, including music selection aligned with our team’s interests. Help curate a music library for future celebratory reel content.
• Content Library Development
  Work across the P&C team to build a structured content calendar and organize communication templates for recurring themes (e.g., onboarding, benefits updates, seasonal campaigns).
