- Payroll Preparation: Assist the Payroll Specialist with the end-to-end monthly payroll preparation process, including collecting, verifying, and inputting variable compensation data, expense claims, and adjustments.
- Daily Task Assistance: Provide dedicated support on routine, high-volume payroll tasks, ensuring all data is processed accurately and promptly to meet deadlines.
- Subcontractor (SC) Role Management: Support the tracking and processing of payments for Subcontractors (SC roles), ensuring compliance with relevant internal and external regulations.
- Leaves Balance Management: Accurately track, audit, and reconcile employee leave balances (vacation, sick leave, etc.) within the HR system and provide reporting as needed.
- Time and Attendance Tracking Project Implementation: Play an active support role in the planning, testing, and roll-out of new systems and processes related to Time and Attendance tracking. This includes data migration, configuration testing, and assisting with user training.
- Data Management within CARM: Ensure the integrity and cleanliness of employee data within our CARM system (Centralized Administration and Reporting Management). Perform regular data audits and clean-up activities.
- Documentation: Assist in developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials for new payroll and HR operational processes.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience: This position is open to fresh graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of relevant professional experience. Candidates with HR internship experience will be considered.
Technical Proficiency:
Mandatory: Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (or MS Excel) for data manipulation, reporting, and analysis is essential.
Key Competencies:
Exceptional Communication Skills (written and verbal) to interact clearly with employees, management, and vendors. Fluent English is a must.
High degree of attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Willingness to Learn and adapt quickly to new systems, software, and regulatory changes.
