About the Role
Join our HR team to experience the day-to-day recruitment and HR operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment activities, employee engagement initiative and internal HR process, making it ideal for students who want practical experience in Human Resources within a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing and screening candidates
- Assist with daily HR administrative tasks and documentation
- Support employee records management, filing, and HR data updates
- Assist in coordinating employee engagement activities and internal events
- Support onboarding and offboarding preparation activities
- Provide general support for HR operations and ad-hoc assignments
- Diploma or Degree student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
- Strong interest in recruitment and Human Resources operations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- A proactive team player with a positive and responsible attitude
Skills Required
- Conduct daily operations of HR activities
- Provide clerical support to HR team
- Conduct reference check
- Update project employee record
