As an HR Payroll Intern, you will have the chance to gain hands-on experience and learn about various aspects of HR operations. You will be assisting the HR team with day-to-day tasks and projects, including recruitment, employee record maintenance, and HR administration.
This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the HR field and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment alongside experienced professionals.
*Currently enrolled as a student in a recognized educational institution in Greece, obligated and eligible to participate in an internship program as required by Greek law.
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment efforts including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Help organize employee engagement and wellness initiatives
- Conduct research on HR best practices and employment law updates
- Support performance management and training coordination
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR and motivation to learn and grow in the field.
- Help support onboarding and offboarding activities
- Maintain and update HR records, files, and internal databases
- Participate in organizing employee engagement initiatives and training sessions
- Conduct research on HR best practices and assist in preparing presentations and documentation
