Cedar River Healthcare Center is a great place to work, and we are looking for an organized and dependable HR/Payroll Coordinator to join our team. This position supports daily human resources and payroll functions while helping create a positive experience for our employees.
What You’ll Do- Process payroll accurately and on time
- Review employee timecards and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain employee records and personnel files
- Assist with onboarding, orientation, and new-hire paperwork
- Support benefits enrollment and employee status changes
- Track attendance, leave requests, and required documentation
- Respond to employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations
- Provide general administrative support to the leadership team
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information
- Previous payroll, human resources, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Competitive pay of $24.00–$28.00 per hour
