At Lyten Poland we’re looking for a hands-on HR professional who combines operational excellence with payroll accuracy and a passion for people processes. Join a fast-growing manufacturing start-up and help us build strong, scalable HR operations from the ground up.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations (onboarding, lifecycle changes, offboarding)

  • Maintain HR systems, employee data, and documentation

  • Coordinate payroll process and ensure data accuracy (timesheets, absences, benefits)

  • Support employees with payroll and HR-related queries

  • Ensure compliance with labor law and internal policies

  • Administer benefits, leave of absence, and employee programs

  • Collaborate with Finance, external vendors, and global teams

  • Support HR projects in a dynamic, start-up environment

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations and/or payroll

  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and labor law

  • High attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Hands-on, proactive, “can-do” mindset

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Fluent English & Polish

Skills Required

  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations and/or payroll
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes
  • Strong knowledge of Polish labor law
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Hands-on, proactive, can-do mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English and Polish
