What you’ll do:
- You will coordinate the team's activities regarding processing attendance for deferred months, resolving anomalies, producing payroll outputs, time reporting, monitoring corporate disposal targets, time policies, and time compliance.
- You will monitor and resolve personnel requests (via mailbox/ticketing) ensuring timely response and resolution (SLA) and a structured escalation/branching process.
- You will handle practices related to personnel management (hiring, terminations, transfers, promotions, drafting hiring/extension letters, secondments, mandatory hiring/extension/termination communications, injuries, contract expirations, advance severance requests, etc.).
- You will manage monthly and annual deadlines (e.g., CUD, 770, INAIL self-assessment, ...) and relationships with authorities/institutions.
- You will verify monthly deadlines for aligning personal, organizational, and remuneration data between HRIS and payroll applications, and intervene/communicate for resolution.
- You will archive documentation related to personnel and manage existing archives.
- You will be responsible for labor law/regulatory/fiscal updates.
- You will ensure the governance of all insurance aspects for the various population clusters.
Who you are:
- You have a master's degree in economics or business administration.
- You have knowledge of the CCNL commercio.
- You are familiar with HR regulations.
- You have experience with at least one payroll management system (Inaz, Zucchetti, Workday, etc.).
- You possess excellent planning and organizational skills.
- You have good interpersonal skills.
Prefererably, you also have:
- Good knowledge of English
