Qualifications

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Graduate with overall 5 years of experience 
  • Proficiency in MS Office 
  • Proven experience in a shared service or third-party support Industry preferred 
  • Worked on HRMS applications – Peoplesoft, SAP SuccessFactors or Workday

Skills Required

  • Graduate with overall 5 years of experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Experience with HRMS applications (PeopleSoft, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday)
  • Proven experience in a shared service or third-party support industry
  • Sound knowledge of HR outsourced operations, HR shared services, HRO, H2R concepts
  • Experience in client-facing roles and managing client deliverables
  • Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and delivering on-time, quality results
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information and communicate with management
