Currently, the Littelfuse Global HR Support Team is looking for an HR Operations Support Specialist. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in HR systems and processes, support Workday requests, take part in process improvements, and contribute to HRIS projects and audits.
This role offers a hybrid working model, with a few days per week working from our office in Kaunas city center.
About the job:Support the day-to-day administration of HRIS systems, including analyzing and resolving Workday requests
Assist with system updates, upgrades, enhancements, and implementations
Take part in reviewing HR processes and procedures and help identify potential issues or areas for improvement
Support HRIS data audits to ensure data is accurate and up to date
Assist with HRIS communications and team initiatives
Help prepare reports and data for management
Bachelor’s or university degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
Up to 1 year of work or internship experience; experience in a large organization is a plus
Experience with an HRIS system, such as SAP or Workday or similar
Strong communication skills in English
Strong Excel skills and an analytical mindset
Customer-focused with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
The salary range is 2300 EUR gross – 2800 EUR gross per month but the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
