What You Will Do
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting both employees and leaders across a range of HR and administrative functions. You will ensure smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes, maintain accurate data, and contribute to compliance and reporting efforts. Your work will involve collaboration, communication, and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities include:
·Employee Support & Communication
Maintain continuous contact with colleagues to understand their work environment and support them in resolving workplace-related issues.
·HR Administration & Documentation
Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including employment contracts, entry forms, exit certificates, and job descriptions.
·Payroll & Benefits Coordination
Compile and manage payroll-related data, employee declarations, and benefits such as Family Tax Benefit and Extra Leave.
·Process & Compliance Support
Administer employee lifecycle tasks in line with labor law, assist in HR audits, and ensure compliance with internal processes.
·Reporting & Systems Management
Prepare reports, transfer employee data to external payroll and internal systems (ERP, Access Control), and support payroll reconciliation and cost analysis.
How You Will Do It:
·Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth HR operations.
·Follow the instructions of the HR Manager and comply with labor law and internal regulations.
·Use digital tools and systems (ERP, Access Control, external payroll platforms) to manage employee data.
·Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting.
·Communicate proactively with employees, leaders, and future hires to ensure clarity and support.
·Apply a structured and detail-oriented approach to administrative tasks.
·Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information.
·Stay informed about HR policies, labor law updates, and organizational changes.
·Take initiative in identifying process improvements and supporting HR-related events and audits.
What We Look For:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support employees and leaders effectively.
Experience in payroll, onboarding/offboarding, and employee lifecycle administration.
Proficiency in handling data, reports, and HR systems (ERP, Access Control, external payroll).
Knowledge of labor law and ability to ensure compliance in HR processes and audits.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing tasks and improving processes.
Strong IT proficiency, including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Initiative-driven mindset with a proactive approach to tasks.
Excellent problem-solving and cooperation skills.
