Welcome to the future of cloud networking and security!

Cato Networks is the first company to converge enterprise networking and security into one centralized and global service that is delivered by cloud. It is led by networking and security pioneer Shlomo Kramer (Check Point, Imperva) and early investor (Palo Alto Networks, Exabeem, Trusteer and more).  Cato’s unique technology inspired a brand-new product category, later named “SASE” by Gartner and a market expected to reach $25 billion by 2027.
This is your opportunity to get on the rocket ship and join a company that is building a cutting-edge enterprise network and secure cloud platform, and is on a fast track to becoming the worldwide market leader – don’t miss it!

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative HR Operations Specialist to support our global HR function. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth execution of core HR operational processes across North America, EMEA, and APJ regions. From onboarding and offboarding to HR data integrity and compliance, you will have end-to-end ownership of essential workflows that directly shape the employee experience. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on ownership, operates with precision, and takes pride in delivering exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities

HR Process Management:

  • Own and execute end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes globally, including document collection, new hire orientations, exit documentation, and systems access
  • Manage employee lifecycle events (e.g., transfers, promotions, terminations) in the HRIS with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain digital employee records and ensure data accuracy across all HR systems and platforms.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency, consistency, and scalability of HR operations.

Compliance & Audits:

  • Ensure compliance with local, regional, and global HR policies and employment laws.
  • Support HR audits by preparing and maintaining required documentation.
  • Stay current on employment regulations across operating regions and coordinate updates with legal or compliance teams.

HR Systems & Reporting:

  • Support data entry, maintenance, and reporting within HRIS and other internal systems.
  • Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and provide timely, accurate HR data to internal stakeholders such as Payroll, Finance, and HR Business Partners.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HR systems issues in collaboration with IT or vendors.

Global Collaboration:

  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, Payroll, and other stakeholders across different geographies.
  • Provide operational support for global HR initiatives and efforts to standardize and streamline HR processes across regions.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for HR-related inquiries, guiding global team members through onboarding, offboarding, and key transitions with care and clarity. Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and guidance on HR processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations or shared services, preferably in a global environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment practices, particularly in the US, and ideally some exposure to EMEA/APJ practices.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and remote-first or hybrid environment is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of HR compliance regulations (e.g., I-9, GDPR, record retention standards).
  • Previous experience supporting multiple time zones and international HR teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
