You will:
- Coordinate people-related processes within the streams and provide day-to-day support to HRBPs in staffing coordination, training budgets, and resolving employee-related requests;
- Maintain and update documentation, trackers, and knowledge bases for HR and operational processes;
- Work with data management and reporting: collect, process, and analyse information as well as prepare regular and ad-hoc HR/operations reports, dashboards, and summaries for management;
- Create clear presentations and materials for internal use;
- Contribute to problem-solving and process improvements within stream operations.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a coordination/operations role (Executive Assistant, HR coordination, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Ukrainian;
- Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment;
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail;
- High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (data processing, analysis, reporting);
- Ability to create high-quality presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides);
- Problem-solving mindset, strong communication, and collaboration skills.
