Job Description
Recruiting Operations
• Manage backend administration of Recruitment Operations such as creation, editing and
validation of requisitions.
• Manage competitive movements and internal job posting.
• Ensuring accuracy in job postings, candidate information, and legal compliance (e.g.,
background checks, documentation).
• Transition of processes of off-shore locations, articulate and script standard operating
procedures (SOP).
Learning Operations
• Manage backend administration of Learning operations such as enrollments, logistics
management, attendance etc
• Process account creation, basic troubleshooting of online trainings.
• Good understanding of corporate learning management system (LMS).
• Administration of performance management activities such as review reminders, reports etc.
• Re-routing, cancellation or push-forward of performance review forms.
What we look for
• 2 – 5 years of working experience in Learning Ops or TA Ops.
• Experience in Workday or Learning management system is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be able to multitask around Hire to Retire process or other tasks within the team.
• Self-motivated and a quick learner, be able to deliver under challenging and dynamic
environment to meet changing demands of customers.
• Proficient in MS office.
• Flexible in EMEA / AMER shifts.
