HR Operations Specialist

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for independently managing and executing operational HR processes while ensuring quality, consistency, compliance, and timely delivery. This role goes beyond transactional HR administration, providing ownership of key HR processes and driving continuous improvement.

This position is based in our Riyadh, Saudi Arabia office.

What You Will Do

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will leverage your HR expertise to:

• Manage and execute day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of HR services across the employee lifecycle.
• Take ownership of defined HR processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, consistency, and timely execution.
• Support onboarding, employee records management, contractual changes, offboarding, and other core HR administration activities.
• Resolve non-standard HR cases by applying sound judgment and ensuring compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes, implementing enhancements that increase efficiency and service quality.
• Act as a key point of contact for employees, managers, and stakeholders regarding HR policies, procedures, and operational matters.
• Collaborate closely with Payroll, Time & Attendance, Talent Acquisition, and other HR functions to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
• Maintain and update HR systems and employee data, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Generate HR reports and support audits, compliance activities, and workforce data analysis.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives within the HR team.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or a similar HR support role.
• Strong understanding of core HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR compliance requirements is highly desirable.
• Experience working with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications (Workday, SAP, Outlook, Excel, Teams, Copilot)
• Ability to independently manage complex HR inquiries and operational issues.
• Strong analytical and process improvement mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
