Key Responsibilities
Employee Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions and requests.
- Assist employees in navigating HR processes, programs, and resources.
- Provide timely follow-up and coordination to ensure employee concerns are addressed.
Transition & Change Support
- Support employees through organizational and administrative changes.
- Help coordinate employee communications, training sessions, informational meetings, and onboarding activities.
- Monitor employee questions and identify recurring themes requiring additional communication or support.
- Assist with creating and maintaining employee reference materials and guides.
Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires and transitioning employees.
- Support orientation sessions and employee introductions to company programs and resources.
- Help ensure employees have a positive and seamless experience during key employment milestones.
HR Operations Support
- Assist with HR documentation, reporting, tracking, and administrative projects.
- Support compliance-related recordkeeping and document management activities.
- Partner with members of the HR team to ensure timely completion of operational initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of HR, employee services, onboarding, or HR operations experience.
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to handle sensitive employee issues professionally.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience supporting employees during periods of change, growth, integration, or business transformation preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
