WHAT YOU'LL DO
The HR Operations Specialist drives efficient People operations by managing the full colleague and candidate lifecycle, from onboarding and payroll inputs through to exit, while owning HR systems accuracy, leading operational process implementations, and delivering smooth day-to-day People service across the market.
You are an organized and digitally savvy HR professional who brings accuracy, discretion, and a collaborative spirit to support multiple People functions. You are comfortable working across different stakeholder levels, coaching teams on new processes, driving adoption, and following up to make things stick. You will:
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle documentation for Store Managers and Support Office colleagues; provide standardized templates and checklists for store-level execution
- Create and maintain accurate employee records in SuccessFactors as SF Super User; conduct regular data hygiene checks and system housekeeping across all lifecycle stages
- Take ownership of HR operational projects and digital process implementations, coordinating with local and global stakeholders through to launch, coaching teams on new workflows, and following up to drive adoption and compliance
- Administer leave records and transactions in BrioHR in line with local entitlements
- Prepare and distribute salary review letters and ad hoc salary adjustment letters; manage insurance premium and HR system billing with relevant vendors
- Draft ER documentation including NTE letters, probation letters, and contract variation letters; coordinate resignation processing and exit interview logistics for Store Managers and Support Office colleagues
- Provide L1 system support for access requests and role updates; support UAT for SuccessFactors system refreshes and quarterly releases
- Coordinate HR content localization using AI translation tools, collaborating with local colleagues for accuracy and brand alignment
- Support HR audits by preparing accurate data and documentation upon request

As an HR Operations Specialist, you'll partner closely with People Function colleagues, Support Office teams, Store Managers, and local and global stakeholders to ensure smooth HR processes and consistent service delivery across the market.
This role reports to the Payroll Manager.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with...
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a related role
- Hands-on experience with HRIS tools, SuccessFactors experience strongly preferred; BrioHR or equivalent is a plus
- Advanced MS Office 365 skills
- Proficiency in English is required
- Experience supporting payroll, rewards processes, or multi-country HR operations is a plus
