HR Operations Specialist (Korean Bilingual)

FocusKPI is looking for an HR Operations Specialist (Korean & English fluency) to join one of our clients, a high-tech SaaS company.
Work Location:  Mountain View, CA
Duration: 12 month contract; hybrid role (on-site 3 days a week)
Pay Range: $30/hr to $38/hr
Responsibilities:  

• Operate the HR process for all dispatchers
• Provide support for the new dispatcher’s settlements
• Review and Maintenance of Guideline Documents
• Compile periodic analysis reports related to HR data
• Perform other tasks as assigned
• Respond to miscellaneous requests from the teams
• Manage office events and assist in event planning/organization, for example, all-hands meeting, happy hours, team building events

Qualifications:

• U.S. College degree required (BA is preferred)
• Fluency in English and Korean is required
• HR Experiences in the tech companies, 3+ years preferred
• Computer/IT/Microsoft Office fluency required, statistical skills in using Excel are preferred
• Strong written/verbal communication skills
• Integrity and sound judgment in handling confidential information
• Solid time management skills when faced with competing priorities and tight deadlines
