Job Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day employee lifecycle support, including onboarding, contract management, and offboarding processes
- Serve as the first point of contact for employment-related questions and concerns from employees, managers, and other stakeholders
- Gather and provide data for payroll input, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our HR Information System (HRIS), including employee records, benefits, and compensation information
- Ensure data quality and integrity, identifying and resolving discrepancies and errors in a timely manner
- Provide ad-hoc reports and analytics to support HR initiatives and business decisions
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in an HR operations in the Netherlands
- Strong knowledge of Dutch labor laws and regulations, including employment contracts, benefits, and payroll requirements
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably HiBob or similar
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, managers, and other stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines
- Fluency in English (Dutch is nice to have)
