HR Operations India Cluster Front Office
 

Your responsibilities

• Co-ordinating with the candidates making sure they complete their documentations, understanding their requirement on accommodation in case of relocation and attending induction program.

• Managing the vendor relations in terms of placing orders, creating purchase requests and orders, validating the invoices and processing the vendor payments . Arranging and issuing the photo ID cards

• Candidate Experience Management: Provide best in class candidate experience through all candidate touchpoints, and internal team members while maintaining confidentiality.

• Ensuring execution and delivery of ELCM services according to defined Service Level Agreement(s) like TAT, quality and Customer satisfaction (C-SAT). Attention to detail and accuracy. Willingness to learn and implement the learning in an innovative manner.

• Executing and delivering HR services in compliance with agreed business processes, KPIs and quality targets in a timely, accurate and customer focused manner, showing an end-to-end responsibility.

• Acting as an expert in complex business cases/projects by offering operations expertise and knowledge and driving collaboration across different countries and functions.

• Identifying deficiencies of existing business processes, taking responsibility for the correct handling of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and proactively

• Performing control tasks with autonomy, including 4-eye-check / SOX checks, data protection and country legal/regulatory compliance tasks recommending enhancements and/or simplification based on day-to-day experience.

Qualification for the role:

• A Bachelor’s / Master’s degree

• 2-4 years of experience in Onboarding, handling Induction activities, documentation, HR Shared Services in a global organization will be advantageous

• Proficiency in MS Office and excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple demands on time and work with cross-functional teams

• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong analytical skills
