Job Description:

MPS is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Ops Specialist to join our Spain Team. This is an opportunity to join an international HR team and be part of a dynamic environment where you will contribute to HR Operations across Europe. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our day-to-day HR Operations and ensuring a smooth employee experience across the employee lifecycle.  

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day HR Operations processes for employees across Europe.
  • Support the full employee life-cycle, including onboarding, benefits, absences and offboarding.
  • Maintain HR Systems and employee data in Workday.
  • Assist with HR Reporting, data maintenance and process improvement,
  • Support a variety of HR tasks, such of university agreements coordination and mobility processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in an HR environment.
  • Experience with HR Systems, Workday knowledge is highly desirable..
  • Strong attention to detail and structured, organized way of working.
  • Fluent in English, other European language is a plus.

This will be initially a 1-year contract.
