The role
Strada HR Operations team is looking for a HR Operations Manager to lead the Poland based HR Hub (HR Operations) team.
The candidate must have experience in previous similar HR Operations roles, able to understand the key strategic fundamentals of such function.
This profile will closely collaborate with our global HR Hub/HR Operations leaders, Local and Global HRBPs and other business parties to successfully implement the HR Operations strategy.
We are looking for a strategic thinker that will be assisting the HR Operations leadership team in the planning, implementation and execution of the local and global HR Operations Roadmap.
Responsibilities:
Manage the Poland based HR Operations team and other team members supporting the area in scope.
Activities in scope for the team will supporting end to end HR Operations, including (and not limited to) Payroll administration, HR technology administration, HR administration and People Point of Contact for HR operations related queries
Focus on managing HR Operations for the designed area in scope: example focusing on Poland, DACH region and more
Coordinate the team, set and assign responsibilities, backing up solutions, staff.
Coordinate priorities and set clear expectations with the team
Manage relationships, coordinate priorities, escalations, address important changes with Local HR stakeholders, Total Rewards, Talent and other HRBPs and in partnership with broader HR Operations leadership
Engage with HR partners in managing priorities and escalations coming from either employees community, Trade Unions or other relevant parties
Engage with TPVs, as needed. For example PY vendors
Sign employment contracts, issue medical referrals, have access to ZUS (insurance portal)
Supervision and Leadership
Align to the global HR Operations model as per HR Operations leadership guidance
Work independently on complex cases
Seek guidance when appropriate and make recommendations for solutions
Requirements:
Understand and articulate local regulations and compliance driven requirements and properly use them in practice, act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned processes
Strong HR Operations management background
Strong understanding of HR Operations priorities, in adherence with the PY and employee’s lifecycle
Able to communicate at all levels consistently, effectively, providing solutions and recommendations where necessary
Experience working in a global, multicultural and fast paced environments
Experience communicating effectively to leadership
Workday (or other HR masterdata), SharePoint, Payroll lifecycle understanding, HRIS integrations knowledge is a plus
Languages:
English – Fluent
Polish – Fluent
Other languages are a plus
