Job Title: HR Operations Specialist
Corporate Level: Sr. Associate 1
Compensation: $115-$125K total base + 5% bonus.
Location: Denver Metro Area (I25 & 225) - Hybrid schedule
Position Summary:The ideal candidate will have HR operations experience including management and execution of multiple aspects of the HR function, focused on HR technology, , and operational excellence. This includes analysis, system configuration and administration, oversight, process improvement and vendor management.
Essential Functions:
- Ensure data integrity within HR systems; develop system procedures and guidelines to drive consistency.
- Leverage project management skills to contribute to HR projects and issue resolution
- Support HR team efforts in facilitating cross functional interdependencies to accomplish operational efficiency goals (e.g., Finance, Treasury, Tax, IT)
- Record, monitor and update project issues as needed or oversee this process. Ensure accurate documentation of issue resolution and outcome.
- Provide technical support including system administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
- Provide functional support for HR systems including assessing system capabilities/utilization, resolving issues and overseeing day-to-day activities
- Acquire, maintain and increase knowledge of Human Resources business processes and general practice requirements, including applications, technology, policies, procedures and applicable HR/PR laws to anticipate and define application design needs.
- Create and maintain documented key processes, configuration and training materials.
- Manage relationships with vendors and have a strong understanding of related processes
- Generate reports and visualizations of data on a scheduled or on-demand basis
- Proactively identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:
- Strong organization skills

Education, Training and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with HRIS, Dayforce HCM is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of HR Generalist or HR Operations experience.
- Experience in providing quality customer service
- Must be proficient in use of Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience in a global company is a plus
