General Information:
As a HR Operations Lead, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the master data for Hitachi Energy. This role requires a clear understanding of how the data migrates between our various systems, but primarily between Workday, ADP Global View, Kronos, and SAP. This role requires engagement with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and offshore processing teams. As a Master Data Lead, your primary duties would include:
Your Responsibilities:
- Advocate and promote the value of data management principles to all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data issues, including data cleansing, standardization, and normalization.
- Monitor and manage data governance and compliance initiatives to ensure master data is properly secured and protected.
- In collaboration with global data lead, influence and/or develop and maintain data quality standards and procedures to ensure data is properly classified, defined, and understood.
- Train and support end-users on data management policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Daily management of inbound requests and tickets,
- Identify data deficiencies in employee records or in daily error reports, perform root cause analysis and to make recommendation for process improvement, leveraging the systems capabilities.
- Work with technical teams to identify deficiencies in the system and drive improvement to manage optimal data processing effectively.
- Engage with vendors to review tickets and lead data discussions related to data integrations that impact the employee’s data requirements, testing, etc.

Your Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Workday and ADP Global View
- Experience working with, Kronos, SAP and Service Now are an asset.
- Training and experience in continuous improvement methodology and project management
