Summary Generated by Built In

Building a team starts with valuing the team. We hire the best of the best to ensure you’re working with people you can constantly learn from. You’re trusted to get your work done your way while testing the limits of what’s possible and what’s next. We work hard to provide a culture where everyone feels supported, and our employees feel it—their votes helped us become one of Newsweek's Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces in 2023.

We also value sports. Not just because of the big wins and highlight-worthy plays, but because of the lasting impact sports can have: the lifelong lessons in teamwork and dedication; the influence of inspiring mentors; the priceless opportunities to play at the next level. Sports can change lives—that’s what we value.

Our team helps the world see sports differently through products that make it easier to capture video, analyze data, share highlights and do a lot more.

Your Role

We’re looking for a current student to join our Human Resources Operations team and help support our ever-growing, global company. Ever heard the phrase “because that’s the way we’ve always done it?” How about “because HR told me to?” This is your chance to right those wrongs. If you want to make a difference at an organization where neither of those phrases are accepted, keep reading.

For this role, we’re currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our headquarters in Lincoln, Nebraska, which is where you’ll work from. With our flexible work policy, it’ll be easy to create a schedule around your classes.

Must-Haves

  • Self-motivated. You want to own your work and have a direct impact on the organization. You’re ready to embrace an internship that moves quickly—possibly quicker than any other role you’ve had before.
  • Detail-oriented. You organize your grocery list by the store’s departments, and your closet is color-coded. You likely have many more examples to share that prove your passion for detail.
  • Eager. When you find weaknesses in processes, you jump at the chance to share your ideas for better efficiency.
  • A current student. You’re excited about the possibility of joining our HR Operations team because it’ll complement and enhance your education. You’re probably pursuing a degree in business, human resources or a similar area of study.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience. You understand what it means to be a part of a team, and you bring that experience to Hudl.
  • Collaboration. You’re a relationship builder, even with people outside your dedicated team.
  • Curiosity. While you know what you know, you also know there’s a lot you don’t. You’re looking to learn how to improve your skills.

Our Role

  • Ask you to make an impact. You're part of the team—that means you'll have real responsibilities. We want to hear what you think and see what you can do.
  • Provide an environment to help you succeed. We've invested in our offices, designing incredible spaces with our employees in mind. But even if you’re taking advantage of the opportunity to work remotely, we’ll provide you the tech you need to do your best work.
  • Develop your career. On top of working alongside some of the best professionals in the business and gaining real-world experience, we’ll give you extra opportunities like lunch-and-learns and access to curated libraries to round out your internship.
  • Support your wellbeing. You’ll have an entire team on your side to give advice and provide answers to your questions, plus more resources like topic-specific Slack channels and employee resource groups. In short, we have you covered.

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this role is set by a candidate’s year in school, and will be determined by their academic standing at the start of the internship.

Base Hourly Range

$14$15 USD
