About the Role:

As an HR Operations  Intern, you will assist in ensuring Learning Development Initiatives are being completed and reported on a monthly basis and  provide support to HR, Marketing and Sales departments based on Sales Efficiency requirements and recommendations.

Seeking an intern who is available to start as soon as possible for a year-round internship.

Responsibilities Also Include:

Learning support

  • Gives support to employees & manager to use MyLearning

  • Consolidates information related to Training for audits (IATF, V5000...)

  • Receives Training actions evaluations, and participates to the action plan
     

Talent development support

  • Coordinates Talent Development campaigns deployment within the Site (Annual appraisals, etc.) for operators

Well-being actions

  • Participates to the Well-being improvement plan

  • Organizes and facilitates Well-Being activities determined by the division

HR Projects

  • Provided support to Marketing and Sales departments based on Sales Efficiency requirements and recommendations.

  • Assist in ensuring Learning Development Initiatives are being completed and reported on a monthly basis.
     

Operational Projects

  • Coordinates and structures the information flow between Sales and trade marketing teams.

  • Animate the Selling Machine processes within the Division ensures all sales methods & tools deployment within the sales force to increase its performance.

  • Liaise between sales team and marketing to establish monthly sales forecast, follow up of order intake, pilot Best Estimate achievement and identify gaps and define recommendations.

  • Monitor Sales Forces Efficiency by following KPIs for sales team and identify root causes.

  • Report division needs and suggestions for developments to the central Business Intelligence team as needed

  • Ensure Customer satisfaction survey planning is executed.

What you Should Have:

  • Currently enrolled in courses pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business,  or related field OR recent graduate in related field.
