This Position reports to:
Junior HR Team LeadWe are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to support HR processes for ABB employees in Belgium and the Netherlands. This role offers hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management, HR administration, and HR systems within an international environment.
Responsibilities
- Process HR transactions in SAP and Workday
- Support employee lifecycle activities, including employee data maintenance and onboarding-related processes
- Handle and resolve HR-related requests from employees
- Support basic payroll-related activities and administrative processes
- Update and maintain internal HR procedures and documentation
- Ensure accuracy and quality of employee data in HR systems
Requirements
- Active student status
- Fluency in Dutch and English (minimum B2 level)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
