Job Description- Clarifying customer inquiries in the assigned subject area with system support communicating with internal customers
- Preparing and maintaining standard correspondence contracts and other standard documents as per system requirements
- Maintaining HR data and ensuring the quality of the data
- Preparing and providing certificates Handling standardized internal external correspondence e g with health insurers and authorities
- Checking data and tracking schedules
- German Language B2.2 level is mandatory
