Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with hands-on experience in Zoho People to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee records, attendance, leave management, onboarding, and HR automation processes. The candidate will support employee lifecycle management and ensure smooth functioning of HRMS activities across the organization.
- Manage and maintain employee data in Zoho People.
- Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Configure leave, attendance, shifts, and timesheet modules in Zoho People.
- Monitor employee attendance, permissions, and work hours.
- Generate HR reports such as attendance, leave balance, headcount, and performance data.
- Support payroll processing with accurate attendance and employee records.
- Create and manage HR workflows, approvals, and automation.
- Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling and documentation.
- Maintain HR policies, employee files, and compliance records.
- Assist employees in resolving Zoho People login, attendance, and portal-related issues.
- Conduct regular HR data audits and ensure accuracy of records.
- Coordinate employee engagement and performance management activities.
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources.
- 1–3 years of HR operations or HRMS experience.
- Experience with Zoho Payroll or other HR software is an added advantage.
