About the Role
We are a growing consulting firm seeking a reliable, self-starting HR & Operations Coordinator to support our people and day-to-day business operations. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, follows through, and enjoys being the person who keeps things organized, compliant, and moving forward.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is dedicated to the company, comfortable working independently, and thrives in a fast-paced professional services environment.
Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities
Human Resources Support
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain personnel files and HR documentation
- Maintain the Organizational Chart
- Support benefits administration and open enrollment
- Coordinate compliance activities (training tracking, documentation, audits)
- Serve as a point of contact for basic employee HR questions
- Assist with recruiting coordination and interview scheduling
- Assist with Human Resources Administrative tasks.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to leadership and staff
- Manage calendars, meetings, and internal communications
- Support expense reporting, invoicing, and document management
- Maintain office systems, supplies, and vendor coordination
- Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as needed
- Assist with planning company events.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a consulting environment
- Service-oriented, detail-focused, and solutions-minded
- 2+ years of experience in HR, operations, or administrative support roles
- High school diploma required, Associate's Degree preferred.
- Experience in a professional services, consulting, or similar environment preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Familiarity with HR systems and compliance requirements is a plus
- Be a key contributor in a growing consulting firm

Wage: $25.90-$32.25 per hour
