About the Role

We are a growing consulting firm seeking a reliable, self-starting HR & Operations Coordinator to support our people and day-to-day business operations. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, follows through, and enjoys being the person who keeps things organized, compliant, and moving forward.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is dedicated to the company, comfortable working independently, and thrives in a fast-paced professional services environment.
Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities
Human Resources Support

  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Maintain personnel files and HR documentation
  • Maintain the Organizational Chart
  • Support benefits administration and open enrollment
  • Coordinate compliance activities (training tracking, documentation, audits)
  • Serve as a point of contact for basic employee HR questions
  • Assist with recruiting coordination and interview scheduling
  • Assist with Human Resources Administrative tasks.
Administrative & Office Support
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to leadership and staff
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and internal communications
  • Support expense reporting, invoicing, and document management
  • Maintain office systems, supplies, and vendor coordination
  • Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as needed
  • Assist with planning company events.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, operations, or administrative support roles
  • High school diploma required, Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Experience in a professional services, consulting, or similar environment preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with HR systems and compliance requirements is a plus

Wage: $25.90-$32.25 per hour
